My blog is geared toward bringing awareness to braking at the aerobar position. I've installed additional braking capabilities on my aerobars and have logged over 1500 miles on them. I'm absolutely loving the added safety, increased performance and overall confidence i've since gained. Please share my blog and fan page. Thank you. :-)

https://www.facebook.com/aerobarbrakes/

http://foresyte2010inc.com/journal.htm
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00811197455572177721noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6641978820773384647.post-1876269551149198842013-10-24T19:52:25.580-07:002013-10-24T19:52:25.580-07:00Thanks! It gets you out of doors; it gives you a chance to do something for your cardiovascular health with minimal impact to your joints; and it is quite exhilarating. However, a fun ride can quickly turn miserable if you are not wearing proper gear. Flappy jackets create wind resistance.

Female Cycling Knicks
Matthewhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08161134347302121137noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6641978820773384647.post-59228508268501496192013-04-12T06:03:47.564-07:002013-04-12T06:03:47.564-07:00Smoking race, great job. FTP tests on all three have been +/- 5 watts which is to be expected even on the same device. However, it almost always overestimates my distance when compared to outside riding (maybe I am just not aero enough :)).

I have never tried an all out 10 second spring on my TT bike, but I did a few times at the end of a 2 hour ride on the Wattbike. According to that, I was able to hit 1150 watts three consecutive 10 second sprints at the end of a ride. I was pretty surprised by this being I have never worked on sprinting, and only about 140 lbs, and was fairly fatigued. I'll have to try it out on my TT bike and get back to you about accuracy at the extremes.

Thanks for reading, let me know if you have any other questions.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16616053893830815969noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6641978820773384647.post-90087481091593656652013-01-21T08:11:54.440-08:002013-01-21T08:11:54.440-08:00Matt
